Terms of Sale

  • All paintings are original artworks, unique and handmade.

  • Once purchased, ownership transfers to the buyer upon payment.

  • Prices are as listed on the website and include applicable taxes (VAT if relevant).

  • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled with care. Free shipping applies within mainland Norway. Extra charges apply for Svalbard, Jan Mayen, and certain remote areas.

Refunds & Returns

  • As all paintings are original works, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the rare case that an artwork is damaged during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 36 hours with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.

Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is collected only for processing orders and shipping.

  • Emails may be used for order updates and newsletters (with opt-in).

  • Personal data is not shared with third parties except for payment processors and shipping companies.

  • We comply with GDPR / Norwegian privacy laws.
