Thank you for supporting my art! This page explains how I handle shipping, delivery, and returns.

I ship all orders within mainland Norway with free standard shipping.
Extra charges apply for deliveries to Svalbard, Jan Mayen, and other remote areas.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, but if you’ve pre-ordered a painting that is still drying, it will ship from 1st of March (or another specified date)
Shipping is handled carefully to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Each painting is packaged with care and protective materials.

Some regions in Norway incur additional shipping costs due to their remote location. This includes, but is not limited to:
Svalbard & Jan Mayen
Selected remote postal codes in Troms, Finnmark, and Nordland
If your delivery address falls in these areas, you will see the additional charges applied at checkout.

As all paintings are original works, I do not offer returns or exchanges unless the artwork is damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 36 hours with photos of the damage, and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customers can pay with all major credit cards and other popular payment methods - Stripe / PayPal / Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Klarna
All payments are secure and encrypted. -
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact me as soon as possible to update shipping info.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within Norway.
How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
Orders within mainland Norway usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Pre-orders or artworks still drying will ship from the date noted on the product page (e.g., 1st of March).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your artwork’s journey.
How are pre-orders handled?
Pre-ordered artworks are shipped on the date specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email when your painting is shipped.
